We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual we deem unsuitable on clinical or safety grounds. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. A prescription will be issued solely at the prescriber's discretion. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in GBP (£).
You will be charged at the point of placing your order. If your consultation results in no prescription being issued, a refund will be provided for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary and are subject to courier availability.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a re-delivery charge may apply.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by the pharmacist and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at the email or telephone number provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and consumer law exemptions for personalised or healthcare goods.
If your order is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
